Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


Q: If I see a painting I like, can I get it in a different color?
A: Many paintings are done is other colors.  They are listed with the paintings if they come in other colors.  I have around 40 colors of paint to choose from including 4 florescent (pink, yellow, green, organge).


Q: If I have a photograph of something, can you paint me a picture?
A: Some pictures are possible to paint.  I suggest you email me the picture and will be glad to let you know if it is certainly possible.


Q: I am in charge of a festival.  Is it possible to get you to spray paint there?
A: We are constantly approached to attends festivals or shows that are not already on my schedule.  Please ask me at a festival or email me and we'll take a look at the possibility.
